Becky’s practice focuses on complex litigation in the areas of real estate, contract, intellectual property, commercial disputes, administrative law, arbitration, banking, construction, bankruptcy and employment.  She has had a successful practice in state and federal courts throughout Colorado and other jurisdictions.  Becky has represented clients in all phases of disputes, from prelitigation counseling, to multi-week jury trials in federal district court.   Becky has successfully resolved matters involving complex fraud schemes, Fair Labor Standards Act claims, executive compensation issues, commercial lease disputes, toxic tort litigation, government contracts, and medical and legal malpractice claims.  Over her twenty year career, Becky has practiced at several of the premier firms in Colorado.

Becky has also served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, successfully representing the United States and various federal agencies in a wide variety of lawsuits, including employment discrimination, environmental actions, tort claims and administrative law matters.  For her service, Becky received the Performance Award from the United States Attorney General, for performance that substantially exceeded expectations, and the Star Award from the Bureau of Land Management, for highly favorable results achieved in representing the Bureau.

In recognition of her outstanding career, in 2019 and 2020 Becky received the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible peer and judicial rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
